  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 20 oz package of cheese tortellini

  1. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned chicken until golden brown (about 6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer while stirring occasionally.
  5. Reduce heat to low, add softened cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir until melted and smooth.
