  • olive oil
  • salt
  • optional seasonings (pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
  • 1 tablespoon Aus Ju Gravy Mix
  • 1 tablespoon Ranch seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • pepperonchinis or banana peppers
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and optional seasonings.
  2. Cook the seasoned potatoes in an air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
