  • 2 tbsp flour

Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onion, breadcrumbs, egg, 1/4 cup milk, salt, and pepper.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into a greased baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Cook macaroni according to package instructions; drain.
  5. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, then gradually whisk in 2 cups of milk until thickened.
  6. Add seasonings and stir in shredded cheese until melted.
