  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Diced bell peppers
  • Frozen peas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.

  6. Nestle the seared meatballs into the rice mixture and pour the honey garlic sauce over everything.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until rice is cooked.
